Two Venues
Unique Experiences

We provide a number of unique worshipping experiences in two different venues.

Saturdays 5:30 PM
Blended Worship | Sanctuary

Sundays 8 AM
Traditional Worship | Sanctuary

Sundays 9 AM
Modern Worship and Sunday School (during the school year) | Auditorium

Sundays 10:15 AM
Blended Worship | Sanctuary

Sanctuary | Traditional & Blended Services
Traditional worship service offers the classic hymns and liturgy of our Lutheran heritage. Blended worship consists of what we consider a contemporary style with a blend of liturgy.

Auditorium | Modern Service
These services are set in a more casual environment that blends new expressions of praise with the timeless truths of God’s Word.

What about the kids?

Children are always welcome in worship. If you prefer, we also offer childcare during all services on Saturday and Sunday for kids under 4. The childcare room is conveniently located across from the Auditorium and next door to the Peace Library.

Children’s programming is offered on Sunday mornings during the school year for preschool children through 5th grade. Currently, Sunday School is offered at the 9 AM service where they will experience the day’s Bible lesson in a fun, large group setting that includes interactive worship, games, and skits, followed by the intimate impact of small groups to build relationships. For the summer months, the 9 AM service encourages families to worship together as a family. A children’s message is built into the service.

Staff & Deacons

Our staff and deacons are led by Pastor Mark Schulz. Pastor Mark and his wife, Lynette, have been serving Peace Church and the greater Chippewa Valley for nearly 40 years. Our staff and deacons are here to help you on your faith journey. We’d love to connect with you!

 FAQs

  • Yes; Peace is a member of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. We realize that practices vary significantly between LCMS congregations, and we would be happy to meet with you and discuss how the Bible is lived out in our church. Feel free to contact us and we will connect you with a pastor.

  • We believe that God is more concerned with your heart than what you wear - so wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Dress on Sunday varies greatly. Worshippers at our 8:15 a.m. service often dress up, while those at our modern and blended services tend to wear more casual clothing.

  • No, you don't. No matter your spiritual background - whether you grew up in a non-religious family, in another Christian church body, or even in another religion entirely - we invite you to worship at Peace, meet Jesus and explore the Gospel.

  • No, you don't. There are Lutheran churches that require church membership to commune as a way of ensuring a higher degree of unity among those communing. However, at Peace, we don't want to have a human rule (church membership) stand in the way of a gift of God's grace (His undeserved love and desire). We do, however, desire that you come to communion as one trusting in Jesus as your Savior and believing that He gives you Himself in the Lord's Supper.
