Events at Peace
What is an event? An event at Peace can be anything from requesting a space for your small group to meet, to hosting your ministry group’s special event, or it could be holding a large meeting or concert. Anything that would need to go on our church calendar would be considered an event.
Peace’s process for event scheduling starts with this brief initial request form. Once submitted, staff will first check the calendar for availability. Next, staff will identify if the event meets with the mission and strategy of Peace Church and determine its approval.
A staff member will respond with confirmation or adjustments and then request more specific details regarding the event (technology needs, room setups, food, etc.).
Our goal is to best understand your desires ahead of time so we can be well-prepared for your event to run smoothly. If you have questions, you can add them to the form below. A paper form is also available in the office and Gathering Place.
