3. Congregational Survey

a. On-line Version

i. Jan 12th was the scheduled date for Pulse, Facebook, and Website. Did this happen?

1. This will happen this week.

ii. Jan 15th email the online survey link to the congregation – are we on track to send this out today?

1. This email will go out tomorrow.

2. Ann to touch base with Kristin and Sue on this.

iii. Pastor Mark to get a QR code to display during services.

b. Distribution

i. Jan 15th, 22nd and 29th – paper copies at the back of the church. Were these available as planned?

1. Sue will have these available next week.

2. Pastors to announce at services that paper copies are available.

ii. Jan 17th mail out the survey to the mailing list?

c. Deadline to respond:

i. Feb 3rd and possibly extend to the 10th if needed.

d. Communication of Results

i. Cam to compile results to have ready for the Feb meeting.

e. Stuff Envelopes

i. Envelopes were stuffed and sealed.

ii. 26 envelopes still need to be stuffed because we ran out of surveys.

4. Congregational Communication (Townhall)

a. Schedule a date

i. April 2nd – Pastoral call townhall

1. Ann to talk to Sue about getting this posted.

b. Feb 26th is a worship schedule change.

i. 8:15, 9:00 and 10:15

5. Job Description

a. Are we still on track for completion by Feb meeting?

i. Pastor Mark to review this first and then pass it on to the personal committee. He will copy Mark on the email to the committee.

ii. Pastor Mark to get this on the personal committee agenda.

iii. Mark asked if this could be done by the Feb meeting so we can start building the profile. Pastor Mark to get it on their agenda for the Feb 6th meeting.

6. Call Materials

a. Congregational Self-study

i. Pastor Mark to have a draft at Jan meeting.

ii. On Tuesday at the leadership meeting Pastor Mark will reiterate the need to get this completed. Pastor David is the only one that completed his section.

b. Congregational Checklist

i. Pastor Mark to complete the checklist and feels it will not take much time.

7. Meeting Schedule

a. February 19, 2023 @ Noon

i. Review survey results and start profile.

b. March 13th @ 7:00 PM

i. Discuss agenda for townhall

ii. Start the profile
